Italian Made from Hastings Tile & Bath

Hastings Tile & Bath is campaigning to bring color – and lots of it – to the bath.

Its new Made collection of vanities cabinets are available in more that 50 colors, including metallics, with matte, gloss or lacquered oak finish.

“It’s about design flexibility, so each architect, interior designer or owner can put their own stamp on the product,” says Bob Gifford, director of bath products for Hastings.

The vanities can be customized and are available as a single sink-base cabinet or a multiple-cabinet configuration with a sink base and one or more additional storage cabinets attached.

“We wanted a product that has beautiful Italian design characteristics but that someone could make their own,” he says.

Their countertops can be finished in 51 matching glass cabinet colors in gloss and sandblasted finishes. They are also offered in textured stone in six colors and with integrated basin or for use with vessel basin.

The vanities are manufactured in Italy by Azzurra, and are imported to the United States exclusively by Hastings. The company has a showroom in New York at the Architects & Designers Building and in Chicago at the Merchandise Mart, along with 20 dealers across the country.

Prices for the vanities start at about $4,000 and can go as high as twice that, depending on size and configuration.
