How long has the company been in business? Studio Italia Design has been the leading designer and producer of contemporary lighting fixtures for high-end architectural and designer markets for more than 60 years.
The intent of its designs?
An incessant hunger for innovation together with the knowledge of ancient glass making and metal works techniques allows the company to create and bring to market one of the most innovative lighting collections in the market today.
Studio Italia Design’s skilled design team works closely with prestigious partners including Karim Rashid, Pio & Tito Toso, Dima Loginoff, Denis Santachiara, Marco Ferreri and others.
This collaboration has allowed the company to create a collection of wonderful objects that are not only excellent lighting sources but also pieces of art that decorate and embellish living and working spaces.
Studio Italia Design’s technical department is at the forefront of new lighting technologies. The company has incorporated the use of energy efficient lighting sources into most of its timeless designs without sacrificing design or functionality.

Materials? Their unique manufacturing process features hand-blown glass by Murano artisans, with the inclusion of custom metals. And all Studio Italia Desig products are UL/ETL listed.
